Byfields Business Advisers seeks an experienced Receptionist to join our busy Accounting firm.

In conjunction with our full-time receptionist, the successful individual will share responsibility for front-of-house reception duties and will contribute to the firm by providing a superior customer service experience for our clients.

We are looking for someone who is available Monday to Friday, flexible working hours are available; full-time or school hours considered for the right person.

**Based in our Belmont office your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Handling a busy switchboard (appr 150 calls a day)
- Experienced with Telstra TIPT or other VOIP system desired
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Diary management
- Booking couriers and distributing incoming courier items
- Daily set up of the board room and meeting rooms
- General office duties.

**What you'll need to succeed**:
Along with a friendly, outgoing disposition, a minimum of 6 months experience in a Customer Service, Admin or Receptionist role, exceptional customer service skills and presentation, high attention to detail, solid word and excel skills, a team focus as well as the ability to prioritise tasks.
