We are currently seeking a dental receptionist to fill a full-time position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with all aspects of dental procedures, including patient registration, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing stock control, adhering to established protocols and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with sterilization and infection control procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, providing support and assistance as needed
  • Demonstrated knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and protocols, with a strong understanding of infection control principles
