We are seeking a dedicated full-time Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of our operations while making a meaningful impact on our clients experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate incoming booking requests via phone, email and website, managing fluctuating volumes
  • Manage incoming phone calls via our VoIP phone system and transfer calls within the business as appropriate, managing messages where necessary
  • Share responsibility of triaging the front-line company inbox in accordance with the business processes/workflows; promptly, efficiently & effectively whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide professional, polite, and friendly customer service at all touch points
  • Consultation room set up and pack up including documentation preparation as required
  • Manage specialist audio dictation from start to finish
  • Facilitating access to the office for specialist and clients and others as required
