We're excited to be recruiting for a casual Customer Service Representative role within our Moorabbin Head Office.
This is a pivotal role that will require superior organizational and communication skills, and an interest in our brands / sport / the outdoors will ensure you are aligned to our company culture.Your new roleResponsibilities will include:Using SAP and Microsoft OfficeResponding to customer enquiries via telephone and email to provide problem resolutionApproving and processing replacement products or value credit to customersPreparing stock for return to inventoryInvestigating repair options for itemsGathering information and reporting on feedback from customersPreparing reports for vendor claimsExtensive liaison with various departmentsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in a similar roleAvailability to work upward of 30 hours per week at timesConfident using Microsoft OfficeExperience with SAP (desirable)Strong communicatorSomeone who is process drivenExperience working for sporting goods (highly regarded)A passion for golf is always a plus
