We're excited to be recruiting for a casual Customer Service Representative role within our Moorabbin Head Office. This is a pivotal role that will require superior organizational and communication skills, and an interest in our brands / sport / the outdoors will ensure you are aligned to our company culture.

Your new role

Responsibilities will include:

  • Using SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email to provide problem resolution
  • Approving and processing replacement products or value credit to customers
  • Preparing stock for return to inventory
  • Investigating repair options for items
  • Gathering information and reporting on feedback from customers
  • Preparing reports for vendor claims
  • Extensive liaison with various departments

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Availability to work upward of 30 hours per week at times
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SAP (desirable)
  • Strong communicator
  • Someone who is process driven
  • Experience working for sporting goods (highly regarded)
  • A passion for golf is always a plus
