Software Development Leadership Opportunity

Job Overview
As a software development manager, you will be responsible for leading our engineering teams in developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining our products.
Establish engineering best practices to ensure the highest quality of work.
Identify gaps in processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
Manage strategic projects to meet business objectives.
Key Performance Indicators:
Deliver high-quality products on time.
Lead one or more engineering teams in an agile environment.
Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Management to define objectives and prioritize backlogs.
Drive continuous improvement of development processes through collaboration with peers and architects.
Manage performance through goal setting, coaching, recognition, and feedback.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience managing software development teams in an agile setting.
Proven success in delivering large-scale projects from inception to release.
Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, including design patterns, decoupled architectures, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Familiarity with modern software development technologies.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence results.
