We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Assistant Used Vehicle Sales Manager** to support our Used Vehicle Sales Manager in leading a successful sales team at **Carco.**

**The Role**:

- Assist the Used Vehicle Sales Manager in day-to-day operations of the sales department.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Ensure that the sales team provides exceptional customer service and maintains a high level of product knowledge.
- Assist in managing inventory and coordinating vehicle deliveries.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Participate in sales training and development programs for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist in closing sales deals.
- Uphold dealership standards and policies while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

**YOU**:

- Passionate about the automotive industry
- Self-motivated and financially hungry with a desire and passion to excel at closing every deal
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Availability to work late night every Wednesday and half day every Saturday
- WA drivers' licence is required
- Yard managers licence required or salespersons licence required
- ** Proven success in a dealership environment is highly regarded**
