As the **Used Vehicle Sales Manager at Youngs WA,** you will be responsible for managing the used vehicle sales department, driving sales performance, and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service.

- Knowledgeable about used vehicle operations, including buying criteria and decision-making processes.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
- Possesses strong financial acumen alongside excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
- An inherent leader who mentors and develops staff with unwavering focus, passion, and determination.
- Capable of managing used car inventory to maximise profit and ensure a positive return on investment.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic with the confidence and enthusiasm to motivate and drive the team towards achieving targets.
- Maintain an attractive and diverse inventory of used vehicles.
- Valid driver's licence.
- ** Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager or extensive experience in an automotive sales role is essential.**
