About the role

ANZ's Customer Migration Program is a pivotal part of the journey to the bank we are building, that will improve financial wellbeing and sustainability of customers through excellent services, easier user experiences and added insights. Creating engaging digital experiences and positive interactions through change to drive engagement and business outcomes.

The Change Lead - Migration is accountable for ensuring that the people and organisational change approach of the migration program is effectively scoped, planned, delivered and embedded.

The role drives the program to meet long-term business objectives, while landing change safely and sustainably for our people and customers. The Change Lead is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of change including change governance, de-risking delivery, and change reporting requirements. The role leads change specialists within the initiative.

**Location**: Open to both Sydney & Melbourne

What will you bring?

**Knowledge**:
Expert mastery and experience in Change Management principles, methods, processes, techniques and industry best practice including pragmatic change management approaches that deliver successful and desired change outcomes for large scale Customer Migration.
Stay up to date on Change Management industry developments, latest trends and research and share with the Enterprise Change Team and Communities of Practice
Experience in program/project delivery

**Experience**:
Extensive experience in leading large and/or complex organisational change programs, across project and change methodologies e.g., Agile and Traditional
Previous experience in customer migration and / or digitisation transformations
Demonstrated experience working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing.
Has successfully led customer and frontline impacting change initiatives with quality outcomes.
Experience leading, motivating and managing high performing change teams, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance.
