Well established Financial Institution is looking for an experienced Senior Change Lead

**Your new company**

You will be part of a major Australian Financial Services and Banking Firm, operating primarily in retail banking. This role is based in Melbourne CBD, Docklands.

**Your new role/Skills and Qualifications**

As a Senior Change Lead, you will:

- Work on a large scale technical / digital migration project; migrating large amounts of customer and internal data from the organization's current platform to another digital platform
- Be responsible for delivering strategic, complex change within Business Banking and Consumer Banking
- Stakeholders: GMs at Up + C level and various department heads, will be presenting to CTO
- Also be working with P&C teams and projects steering committee which includes presentations and strategy
- Work alongside Change Leads, managing a mix of Technical and Business Change, this role will be mostly technical / digital change (banking ops knowledge is key)
