Your new company is a prominent Victorian State Government department, whose responsibilities and work have a long-lasting and genuine impact on the quality of life for all citizens in Victoria.

**Your new role**

Our Vic Gov client is looking for a Change Lead who will act as a source of expertise on change management for the implementation of the Electrical Equipment Safety System (EESS) Platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work in partnership with the external provider to ensure that the Platform is intuitive and that the change is managed through the use of in-built self-help mechanisms within the platform.
- Lead the overarching change management plan to align stakeholders and ensure the timeliness of key deliverables.
- Manage the communication with stakeholders including Board Stakeholder groups, state and federal regulators, industry groups, suppliers of electrical household equipment and retail customers.
- Provide support to targeted external stakeholders for example Third Party Certifiers.
- Support ACMA to assist their customers through the change in platform to register communication devices.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in supporting the design, delivery and evaluation of change interventions.
- Demonstrated experience working in project teams including excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to meet multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to make recommendations to provide change solutions in a complex environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Change Management, Communications, Organisational Development, Business Management.
- PROSCI or equivalent certification (not essential).
- Experience in Regulatory Framework is an advantage.
