**Location**:Braeside, AUDKSH has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative, based out of our Braeside office. If you can anticipate our customers' needs and take charge of their enquiries, we want to hear from you

The Customer Care Coordinator plays a critical role to ensure strong, close customer relationships and a positive customer experience to a defined set of customers in their business line from time to time outside of their business line.

**Some of your duties will include**
- Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, respond where applicable or direct to Account Managers, Commercial Sales Managers and Business Line Managers as appropriate
- Liaise with warehouses, and transport providers as appropriate to ensure orders are managed through to delivery. Escalate issues to relative internal stakeholders and customers.
- Maintain detailed and current knowledge of DKSH's products and services relative to business line.
- Analyse customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.
- Ensure orders are entered within company guidelines and policies in relation to lead times.
- Provide computer system generated confirmation for all customer orders received via an official company sales order acknowledgment.
- Document and attend to customer complaints and ensure that action is taken by relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure outstanding sales orders reports are monitored each morning and appropriate action taken, including communicating any changes to customers and proactively advising account managers of any problems with specific customers.
- Maintain filing of all sales related documentation daily.
- Ensure customer requests for C of A's, Technical data sheets and MSDS's are attended to in a prompt manner.
- Ensure credits, pick-up advice and other adjustments are dealt with in a prompt manner.
- Participate in regular stock takes and reconciliation of variances

You're a natural communicator, confident and engaging in your approach. You will collaborate with other internal team members to strengthen customer relationships. Ensure efficient and accurate orders, proactive management of orders, and that orders are delivered in full on time. You will have the opportunity to utilise your critical thinking and demonstrate your time management skills with an ability to communicate effectively and maintain productive working relationships with clients, customers. A customer service mindset is a requirement for you to be successful in this role. You're comfortable navigating SAP and have prior experience working in a customer service role.
