**Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**
A great opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager based in Sydney to make a real impact in the Finance team to help drive our FP&A transformation journey.
**Who are you?**
You are a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis professional with strong commercial acumen who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will be comfortable operating in a function rapidly transforming to be best in class and are excited about the opportunity to establish and support processes, tools and systems.
Reporting to the Head of Group Planning, you will be responsible for all Long Term Finance Planning for Domain Group. You will work closely with the other finance teams and business stakeholders to ensure we provide the linkage between strategy and future business performance. Your key focus for the first 6 months will be assisting in the development and implementation of the company's long-term financial planning and forecasting processes.
**Duties**:
- Assist in the development and management of the framework and models to support the 5 year strategic planning/long-term planning process.
- Manage the Annual and Half Yearly investor relations process, along with investor conferences on behalf of the FP&A team
- Drive the FP&A transformation journey by identifying what best in class looks like, assisting in the development of solutions to achieve, adopt and advocate for best practices across the team.
- Collaborate with the Performance Management team in Board and other external reporting as required to balance demand.
- Manage the standardisation and adoption of FP&A defined hierarchies and standard management reporting across the Group
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve financial reporting and insights provided to the business, processes, data quality and data availability
**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience
- A CA, CIMA, CPA qualification and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach
- Comfortable manipulating and interpreting large amounts of data (financial and non-financial)
- Skilled in presenting financial analysis and insights, to educate and influence a variety of stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is desirable
