We have an opportunity for a FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Team. We are seeking an expert in financial planning and analysis with an ability to present financial information in a concise manner. Through your expertise and insights, the FP&A Analyst will help guide our company's financial future and growth.

**The role**:

- Management/Board Pack Reporting: Preparation of accurate, comprehensive financial reports for management and the board. Collaborating with various departments to compile relevant financial data.
- Explaining and interpreting financial data to non-financial members of the board and senior management team.
- Lead on Month-End process, Brand Margin & Channel Analysis - ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Budgeting process, cash flow management, and the development of financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimising the impact of variances.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence and manage stakeholders
- An open person who is keen to learn and develop
- CA qualified
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to deliver under pressure.
- High attention to detail with Advanced Excel modelling skills
- Experience using COGNOS & QlikView reporting tool/ ERP systems highly desirable
