The position is primarily responsible for the provision and deliver to customers within a portfolio of clients.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.Duties include but are not limited to:* Building and maintaining a strong management team, role modeling our Values and be ok to get your "hands dirty" when it comes to teamwork across key stakeholders* Assisting in the identification and conversion of new customer leads whilst preparing and assisting in proposal preparation and quotes.
* Minimising the financial impact with controllable indirect costs and challenging the "norm"* Providing team with professional developmental requirements, coaching and supporting well-being.
* Be solution focused when it comes to systems, business practices, building relationships and being cost effective.
**Skills & experience*** Security industry experience with extensive experience managing large numbers of people* Business development experience, including dealing with client contracts and/or tender submissions, plus ability to interpret P&L's* Proficiency with MS Office Suite and general computer literacy* Highly developed in Human Resource Management skills and WHS, with understanding of risk management.
