**Your Role**

As a Marketing Specialist at Resolve Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and driving our business forward. This is your chance to showcase your skills, unleash your creativity, and make a lasting impact on our brand. Here's what you will be working on:

- Developing and executing all customer strategies including customer retention, acquisition and customer experience programs
- Managing our core brand strategies including PR, social channels, websites, brand tracking, sponsorships and awards
- Driving our strategic partnerships with major residential builders in WA and Victoria, by collaborating to create market leading campaigns and events
- Developing and adapting messages about industry changes and updates for our key stakeholders
- Owning key marketing agency relationships and ensuring accountability across digital, creative, PR and media
- Delivering clear, concise and effective communications to internal stakeholders

**You**
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- 4+ years of post-graduate experience in a similar marketing role
- A strong understanding of customer retention and lead generation strategies, across multiple channels and audiences
- Experience in financial services, insurance or a similar highly regulated industry is preferable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues, partner, agencies and suppliers
- Knowledge of graphic and web design software is desirable but not essential
