**About the role**

We're looking for a **Continuous Improvement Leader** who is passionate about driving continuous improvement. The strategic function is to lead the **Beverley Site** CI program to unlock production capacity and support the Site Manager to optimize the Dulux Production System on site.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify capacity constraints through system-level analysis and data utilization to spot improvement opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional teams in designing and implementing sustained improvements
- Support the production team in developing and implementing standard operating procedures and a 5S program
- Aid production teams in effective problem-solving and implementing process improvements

**Skills & Experience**
- Degree-qualified Engineer with strong CI skills
- Demonstrates excellent motivating and influencing abilities
- Capable of implementing and driving lasting change
- Possesses strong listening and communication skills
- Holds Continuous Improvement experience within a production environment
