Due to significant growth we are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our energetic, fast paced and highly motivated team.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Resource Manager, this role will support our Mobilisation team by coordinating medical, qualification and induction checks and bookings to ensure personnel are compliant and ready to mobilise to site.

**The role is responsible for**:

- Conduct pre-mobilisation compliance checks on all jobs ensuring medicals, training, qualifications and inductions are valid and compliant
- Liaise with personnel to obtain copies of expired qualifications/requirements and book medicals, training, and inductions as required
- Ensure copies of renewed and updated qualifications and medicals are saved to personnel profiles
- Prepare and submit pre-mobilisation compliance summary reports
- Process daily administrative tasks and team administrative duties as required

**About You**:

- Previous experience within a high-volume working environment
- Strong organisational, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Team player and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and general administration skills across Microsoft
