**Make an impact at Serco**

As a **Compliance Officer** in the Workforce team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our nursing workforce meets all compliance and credentialing requirements. Your ability to track, monitor, and manage licensing and certifications will help maintain high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.

You'll make a positive impact by:

- Tracking and maintaining accurate records of nursing personnel certifications and licences.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new nursing hires, ensuring all credentialing and compliance documentation is in place.
- Coordinating renewals, certifications, and continuing professional development (CPD) tracking for nursing staff.
- Monitoring compliance with nursing licensure and AHPRA regulatory requirements.
- Conducting audits and reviews to ensure workforce policies and regulatory standards are met.
- Preparing compliance reports and escalating noncompliance risks as needed.
