We are an Australian owned business offering a premium range products to the building & construction industries. With a strong history of steady growth, we have ambitious growth plans and exciting upcoming projects.
We have recently implemented a new software in the business called SimPRO and are looking for someone with experience with this system to assist us enter in all our data.
**The Role**
The role is based in our head office in Somerton.
Temporary Contract
- 1 to 3 month with potential to become permanent role. We are looking for someone who is able to work a minimum 20 Hours per week however we are flexible with days and times. You could work any time between Mon - Fri between the hours of 7am to 5pm.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Data Entry
- Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records.
- Providing administration support to sales team
**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following skills & experience**:
- Intermediate skill of SimPro, preferred but not essential
- Intermediate skill level of Microsoft Word & Excel, G Suite
- Exceptional customer service skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Good time management, planning and organisation skills
- A professional who shows a positive attitude towards sales and has the drive to work towards and exceed company targets
