**What You'll Do**:

- Facilitate lunch & learn sessions for managers, providing opportunities for professional development and knowledge sharing in a collaborative environment.
- Utilise internal platforms such as Synthesia and Learn, to design, create and deliver engaging content tailored to organisational needs.
- Run the annual 360 review process and develop plans that are aligned with feedback.
- Identifying training needs by analysing performance reviews, employee feedback, and job requirements to pinpoint areas where employees need additional skills or knowledge.
- Designing and creating training programs, including content, delivery methods (e.g., online courses, workshops, mentoring), and assessment tools to address identified training needs.
- Work with managers and employees to understand growth opportunities, and skills gaps and create a personalised plan for employee growth, development and career progression.
- Create and own career progression paths for the functional areas of the business.
- Providing ongoing guidance and support to employees to help them achieve their performance goals.
- Measuring the effectiveness of training programs by tracking post-training performance metrics and making adjustments as needed.
- Ensuring training programs align with the organisation's strategic objectives and contribute to overall business success.
- Ensuring workforce continuity by implementing strategies to identify and prepare high-potential employees for future leadership and critical roles through structured succession planning initiatives.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of our sales process and methodology
- Expertise in creating effective training materials and delivery methods
- Ability to identify training needs through data analysis and employee feedback
- Effectively communicating training content and providing feedback to employees
- Leading training sessions and fostering active participation from trainees
