Logistics Talent Development Specialist

As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, identifying and recruiting potential candidates, evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience.
The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering, proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics, excellent understanding of recruitment processes, and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, make informed decisions, and possess a deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Identifying, recruiting, and selecting top talent
- Evaluating resumes, cover letters, and online profiles
- Conducting interviews and assessments to gauge candidate fit
- Providing feedback and coaching to hiring managers
