- Processing bi-weekly payroll for staff members.
- Reviewing rostering exceptions and rectifying based on approvals and evidence of time worked.
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and correcting errors in a timely manner.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation regarding payments and entitlements for employees.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources or business with a major in HR, or extensive demonstrated experience in diverse HR roles.
- Solid working knowledge of payroll principles, experience with rostering/scheduling advantageous.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
