**About the role**:
You will take full responsibility for all HR matters in our Sydney office. _Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:_
- ** Onboarding**: Manage the onboarding process of all new employees, ensuring they are set-up for success from Day 1. Organise the management of employment records, ensuring completeness, compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, accuracy, and confidentiality
- ** Training and Development**: Support the local rollout of global Career Development Program. Advocate for employees with respect to training and development needs.
- ** Team evaluations**: Support the bi-annual 360 evaluation process, ensure the matrix of who evaluates whom is accurate, discuss outcomes of evaluations with partners, support setting up of feedback discussions
- ** Rotations**: Support the planning and management of employee rotations into and out of the Sydney office.

Whilst this role is based out of our Sydney office, you will also support strategic HR-related projects with the Global HR team.

**About you**:

- 3+ years relevant HR (or very similar) experience, preferably within a dynamic professional service firm environment
- Tertiary degree in HR, Organisational Development, or other related field of study.
- Practical experience around core HR processes and strategic topics
- Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
- Be able to take on ownership and act autonomously but work effectively with the entire People team leveraging your collaborative strengths.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, combined with an open-minded consultative approach
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels and negotiate effectively with all the key stakeholders and to achieve buy-in
