A leading government agency is seeking a
**UAT Test Lead** for an initial
**6 month** contract based in
**Sydney/hybrid**.

The
**UAT Test Lead** will manage and coordinate the testing for the agency's
**Identity Program**.

This project is primarily concerned with managing user lifecycle and maintaining
**Identity** for the agency's users. The role will manage and coordinate the end-to-end testing activities for a single large and complex project.

**Key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Build and execute **UAT** **testing** strategies and methodologies that will position the project to be successful.
- Ensure project quality is accurately defined and required **test phases** are embedded in the project test strategy and **test plans**:

- Ensure the team accurately identifies and writes test cases to meet business requirements and comprehensively tests potential solutions to required standards
- Develop, own, and coordinate the delivery of the test execution schedule ensuring adequately planned and delivered on time and budget
- Identify and manage the **test** infrastructure and environments needed to support the project
- Prepare and provide accurate status reports, information, metrics, including risks and issues, to the project manager and stakeholders.

**Key requirements for this role include**:

- 10 years' experience in the use of **testing** practices, tools and methodologies in the context of complex technology projects in various fields including education.
- 5 years' experience successfully leading and supporting senior test manager and testers.
- Superior knowledge and understanding of JIRA as a test tool.
- Superior expertise and experience of automated testing tools.
- Previous testing experience of identity solution is essential.
- Automated testing experience using test automation tools is desirable.
- Superior understanding and demonstrated experience of managing/coordinating NFR testing such as Penetration, Performance, Load, and Security testing
- Graduate qualification and extensive **Test Lead** experience or an equivalent combination or relevant experience and/or education/training.
