Test Lead

Hawksworth are looking to on-board a
**Test Lead** for one of their major clients'.

This will be a
**6 month contract** with a view to be extended.
**You can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane with the flexibility of working 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.**

You will be responsible for leading the business testing activities for the Program Office, which includes developing and executing a Project Test Strategy, Test Approach and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will provide support and testing for projects and BAU initiatives including planning, test case creation, test execution and report artefacts.

**_Experience_**
- Minimum 5 years Insurance Industry experience
- 2-6 years of previous Release and/or Testing experience
- 2+ years working within an Agile environment
- 2+ years in lead or coordinating role for Release and/or Testing activities in large scale project setting

**Key Capabilities/Technical Competencies**
- Demonstrated understanding of testing frameworks, quality processes, business risk profiling and analysis
- Demonstrated understanding of defect management and resolution processes
- Demonstrated understanding of SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
