As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented UAT Test Lead with Super Transitions experience to join their dynamic team.

**Role Overview**

This role will also be responsible for helping to build out processes/procedures, leading a small team as well as being client facing and having to have difficult conversations with tricky clients/stakeholders. We need someone with a strong personality, a self-starter with exceptional communication skills who can liaise with clients directly while offering a high-level of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for superannuation transitions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases tailored to superannuation transitions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define test objectives, and validate business processes.
- Execute test cases, identify defects, and manage defect resolution processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to testing teams, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks.
- Contribute to post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to optimize future transition processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UAT Test Lead with a focus on superannuation transitions.
- Strong understanding of superannuation systems, processes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in developing test strategies, plans, and test cases.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality testing outcomes.
- Experience working within an agile environment is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB are advantageous.
