Major Federal Government Digital Transformation Program Initial 12 month contract + 1 x 12 month extension Rewarding hourly rates $$$/ Hybrid environment A high-profile Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced Test Lead play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, fit-for-purpose ICT solutions as part of a major government digital transformation initiative.
The successful Test Lead will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to extend for a further 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful Test Lead will be responsible for, but not limited to: Leading test delivery with vendors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality Developing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and supporting test data.
Managing defect triages, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders during UAT.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation and test automation.
The successful Test Lead will have experience in the following: Proven experience leading testing activities for complex programs, including creating Test Summary Reports.
Strong Agile testing experience with a focus on sprint delivery Hands-on experience using test management tools such as Jira Xray and Salesforce CRM Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
