Job Title: Senior Visa & Compliance Coordinator


Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with expertise in compliance, data integrity, and workforce governance? We are seeking a Senior Visa & Compliance Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on work rights compliance and visa management.
  • Oversee personal history checks to ensure alignment with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Lead and support a small team, providing clear direction and effective delegation.
  • Manage and analyze large volumes of data to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and deliver complex reports using Excel and Power BI to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of the Australian visa system and work rights legislation.
  • Demonstrated experience in compliance processes and employee onboarding.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative and organized approach.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI, including dashboards and data visualization.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for working with high-volume data.
