We're seeking a Senior HR Coordinator – Visas & Compliance to join us on a 12-month contract. If you have a solid understanding of the Australian visa landscape and enjoy turning data into actionable insights, this could be your next career move.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to expert for work rights compliance and visa management across the organization.
  • Oversee personal history checks to ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
  • Lead and support a small team, providing guidance and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Manage large volumes of data, transforming it into meaningful insights.
  • Create and deliver complex reports using Excel and Power BI to inform strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A solid understanding of the Australian visa system and work rights legislation.
  • Proven experience in compliance checks and employee onboarding.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and delegate effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI – you're confident with formulas, dashboards, and data storytelling.
  • A keen eye for detail and a love for working with high-volume data.
  • Bonus points if you've worked in Community Services or Aged Care.
