You will cultivate a strong network of talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:Partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and develop workforce strategies.Managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume reviews, screening, interviewing, and creating offer letters.Proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of methods, including headhunting, social media platforms, referrals, and creative outreach.Monitoring and reporting recruitment metrics, data, and KPIs to key stakeholders.Promoting the organisation's employee value proposition and managing the employee referral program.Ensuring full compliance with pre-employment requirements and recruitment processes.Benchmarking compensation and identifying opportunities for continual improvement in alignment with recruitment strategies.Delivering a seamless and engaging candidate onboarding experience.Your Profile We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced and everchanging environment.
