Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at the Head Office in Perth. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on sourcing blue-collar personnel.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. They will also have a proven track record of successful recruitment projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage recruitment projects from initial planning to post-placement support
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of mining-related qualifications, tickets, and licenses is highly advantageous
  • High levels of self-motivation, with the ability to work with and manage conflicting priorities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
