As a key player in our State Government Department, we are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, including strategy development, sourcing, talent attraction and selection, conducting reference checks, hiring and onboarding employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Participate in promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization, facilitating employee induction and onboarding experiences, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR roles, particularly in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, conflict resolution, attention to detail, time management, and stakeholder management.
