**Role Overview**:
The Head of Product at Cared will be a visionary leader responsible for product ownership and development, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders, including third-party developers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and Communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Cared's mission
- Define and prioritise the product roadmap based on strategic goals, customer feedback and market demands.
- Take ownership of the source code and ensure robust documentation and local development setup.
- Establish and enforce development protocols, version control, access management and standardisation.
- Oversee developments for iOS, Android and the.NET admin console.
- Act as the primary contact for technical discussions and decisions with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategies to scale the platform globally, ensuring reliability, security and performance.

**About you**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering,Computer Science or a related field; MBA or Advanced degree preferred.
- 10 Years experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on building and scaling platforms.
- Proven experience in the healthcare technology industry, particularly in app development and scaling to a large user base
- Proficiency in agile mythologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha)
- Deep technical expertise, with experience in managing source code, establishing development protocols, and understanding technical implications of product decisions
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps and GitHub
