Genesis Health + Fitness Dandenong are on the hunt for confident and skilled instructors who are passionate about Reformer Pilates and want to be part of a new and fun team environment of like-minded individuals.

Genesis Health + Fitness has over 40 locations nationally and provides classes and fitness solutions to cater for all member requirements and needs. Genesis Health + Fitness will provide guidance with lesson plans and class delivery; removing the stress of daily class planning and offering a wide range of options for class times and flexibility with teaching. A free 24/7 gym membership is also included.

This role is suitable for Reformer Pilates qualified instructors. Key tasks include: delivery of programmed classes and educating members on Reformer Pilates.

**Qualifications**:
All instructors MUST have:

- Diploma/Cert IV in Pilates OR equivalent Pilates certification
- A positive, community focused mindset
- Ability to deliver on brand lesson plans as set out by Genesis Health + Fitness programming
- First Aid and CPR
- Working with Children / Blue Card National Police

Desirable, but not required:

- Prior Reformer Pilates or other Group Fitness class teaching experience
- Cert III or IV in Fitness
- Dancers or dance teachers Exercise Science/Physiology or similar
- Advanced Nutrition
- Rehab/Mobility coaching
- Pre/Post Natal qualifications

**Key Accountabilities**:
1. Delivery of Reformer Pilates classes as per program structure provided by Head Office. Ensure that activities are being undertaken safely and as specified within each class.

2. Participate in professional development workshops and promotional activities where possible.

3. Have a range of availability including some early morning, weeknight or weekend work - and to assist with cover shifts where possible.

4. Deliver a high level of customer service, assisting the Genesis Health + Fitness club sales team to recruit and retain members.
