This role is perfect for an osteo who is looking to step away from the manual therapy and into the movement space If you are currently teaching clinical pilates and are looking to change it up, then we want to hear from you

FS8 combines the Pilates reformer with mat work, dumbbells and activation bands to deliver a weekly program of workouts designed to enhance muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and recovery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct and instruct motivational group classes including components of Pilates (Reformer & Mat), Yoga & tone (light resistance training)
- Programming of the workout is not required Don't spend hours of your own time writing programs
- Confidence in verbal queuing
- Confidence in providing the regression and progression of exercises
- Ensure members are performing exercises safely, using correct form at all times, and offering modifications with exercises as needed
- Build strong rapport and engagement with clients and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Assisting with the daily functions, up-keep and cleanliness of the studio
- Assist in new member signing up to a membership and ensuring member retention strategies are followed
- Social Media assistance with capturing in-studio content
- Promote an energetic environment and welcome members by name
- Setup and pack up of studio equipment for each class

**Skills & Experience**:

- Certificate 3 or 4 qualified and/or Pilates (Mat or Reformer) **OR**:

- Certificate 3 or 4 qualified Personal Trainer with pilates experience
- Experience in reformer Pilates is highly desirable
- Must have an up-to-date First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Must be extremely passionate about changing peoples lives and building a strong community
- Must be honest & loyal
- Passionate about fitness and health
- Highly energetic with the ability to build rapport easily
- Always willing to learn new skills & develop
