**About Us**:
We are a newly opened Reformer Pilates studio in Bentleigh Melbourne, focused on fostering a supportive, inclusive environment where individuals of all fitness levels can achieve their wellness goals. **Position Overview**:
We are seeking experienced and passionate Reformer Pilates instructors to join our dynamic team. As part of our studio's launch, you will have the opportunity to help shape the culture and community from the ground up. We are looking for instructors who are dedicated to their practice, have excellent teaching skills, and can create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Reformer Pilates classes for a variety of skill levels
- Develop and implement class plans that focus on client goals and well-being
- Provide personalized guidance and adjustments to ensure safe and effective practice
- Foster a supportive and motivating environment for all clients
- Engage with clients before and after classes to build a strong community
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in Reformer Pilates (required)
- A passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required)

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
