Senior Leadership Role
This is a key position that supports the Centre Director in providing high-quality early learning and care. The successful candidate will be an experienced early childhood professional with a strong track record of leadership and people management.
Main Responsibilities
Support the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver exceptional early learning and care services.
Mentor and develop the capabilities within the centre team.
Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
Implement the Best Practice Guide.
