Early Childhood Educator - Casual Position

Grow Early Education Dalby is seeking a passionate and qualified Educator to join our team on a casual basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the Early Childhood industry and be committed to delivering high-quality care and education.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, and the wider community
- Maintain a sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS guidelines
- Work in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures
- Network with stakeholders in the local community
- Build strong relationships and partnerships with children and families
- Contribute to the documentation of children's skills and interests

**Requirements:**

  • Cert III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA
  • Current Blue Card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications
  • Experience in an early childhood setting
  • A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF guidelines
  • Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs
  • Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families
