To be successful you will need the following key competencies including:
- Experience in providing a high level of strategic and operational recruitment and selection services in a team-based environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, incorporating integrity, tact, ethical conduct and confidentiality, and including the ability to effectively influence outcomes through negotiation and by developing high quality written reports and briefing material.
- Proven knowledge of high-level recruitment processes and strategies including an understanding of role design and role influence.
- High level skills to effectively develop, implement and manage systems, technology solutions and processes relevant to advertising, recruitment and selection.
- High level knowledge of and commitment to business improvement and contemporary human resource/recruitment initiatives with a strong focus to challenge in a diverse and complex environment.

- Develops and mobilises talent - strengthens and mobilises the unique talents and capabilities of the workforce

**Mandatory qualifications, registration and other requirements**:
- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in human resources management, business administration or similar field would be well regarded.
- It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against COVID-19 (Health Employment Directive No. 12/21 (PDF) and Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70 (PDF).
