About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our recruitment team and shape the future of talent acquisition. As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, collaborating with leadership to align hiring with business objectives, enhancing the candidate experience, and strengthening our employer brand.

You will report to a senior HR leader and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors based in Brisbane.

  • Craft and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Work closely with leadership to align hiring with business goals and objectives
  • Enhance the candidate experience through clear communication and engagement
  • Strengthen our employer brand through innovative recruitment practices
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and data analytics
  • A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and high-performing talent pipelines
  • An understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices
  • Effective leadership and mentoring skills
