The Product & Inventory Controller is responsible for the management of inventory across our Graphic Systems division. You will analyse stock levels, forecast demand, coordinate orders with FUJIFILM factories and third-party suppliers, and ensure seamless supply chain operations. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities to improve inventory processes, minimise slow-moving stock, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

**About the role**:
- Lead demand forecasting and collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to identify customer needs.
- Monitor and track inventory, analyze demand, and raise purchase orders to ensure stock levels meet KPIs.
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding stock availability and lead times.
- Provide timely updates on supply impacts to the business and develop strategies for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Lead the analysis and reporting of inventory levels, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage consignment stock levels, ensuring proper reporting and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team on product lifecycle management and pricing strategies.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
Exceptional tech skills including excel
Certificate or Diploma in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
Chemical understanding and knowledge, including Dangerous Goods and Hazard Classification.
Experience as a Demand Planner, Inventory Controller, Purchasing Manager, or Supply Chain Analyst.
Proactive, inquisitive, and detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Consultative, influencer, and team player with the ability to establish mutual expectations and deliver customer satisfaction.
