**About this Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated individual to join our team in Rowville in the role of Production Inventory Controller. Reporting to the Raw Materials Manager, you will be responsible for the data entry and reporting of mass balance for the site; the management of inbound and outbound stock for all production lines and the management of SAP transactions. Critical to this role is ensuring that inbound and outbound products are reviewed daily and managed to ensure demands are met with mínimal financial loss to the business.

This position requires a meticulous approach, strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders on site.

Key accountabilities include, but not limited to:

- Ensure the completion of daily data entry for receivables' of raw materials, stock-takes, STO, and order confirmations.
- Enter daily water usage and COD results. Investigate and report discrepancies within an appropriate timeframe.
- Complete mass balance reporting in a timely manner to ensure accuracy of data for daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Investigate and escalate any mass balance losses.
- Monitor packaging and ingredient losses.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for raw materials, packaging and ingredient utilisation.
- Manage the finished goods stock control for all production lines.
- Monitor SAP transactions for inbound and outbound stock to ensure mínimal financial loss to the business through stock dumps.

**About You**
- Sound principles on Inventory Management best practice in a FMCG environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Sense of urgency with the ability to prioritise and respond quickly to meet production requirements.
