An established company in the education industry is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join their Finance Department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responding to inquiries from the Inbox and Ticketing system
- Investigating and recovering payment on overdue accounts
- Managing payment allocations and refunds
- Overseeing 3rd party invoicing
- Conducting debt reporting and debt recovery calls
- Managing inbox, folders in share drive, reporting, and ticketing system and ensuring team meets SLA
- Guiding and mentoring team members
- Continually striving to improve service
- Prioritizing professional development provided by the company
- Attending monthly team meetings and training sessions

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Finance or Account Receivable (desirable)
- Minimum 3 years' experience within an Accounts Receivable role
- Demonstrated experience with excel
- Ability to investigate debt and knowledge of accounts receivable processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships
- Ability to remain organized and meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
- Strong operational and customer focus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable and 'can-do' attitude
