As we expand our Talent Attraction team to support the continued growth within the Australian region of Logicalis, a global leader in Digital Transformation and IT Management services, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Partnering with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs.
- Executing the end-to-end hiring process for direct hires - we fill 90% of roles internally and we want to keep doing that
- Guiding the offer negotiation process and preparing onboarding paperwork, ensuring a seamless handover to the IT, Management, and Payroll teams.
- Making a positive contribution to the broader Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience team across Australia and Malaysia

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a recruiter, preferably with knowledge of the IT or broader tech industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic organization.
- The capacity to adapt your approach to various job roles and stakeholder needs. You thrive on challenges and relish the opportunity to make significant impacts through your solution-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
