Job Description

The Talent Attraction team at KPMG are responsible for attracting, sourcing and recruiting talent across our 13 offices around Australia. As part of the Experienced Hire team, the Consultant - Talent Attraction will be responsible for building key relationships internally and externally, understanding business needs, sourcing the best talent in Australia and around the world and helping to grow KPMG as the number one source for the best talent. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for experienced hires.

  • Source talent through CRM, headhunting, advertising, referrals, and emerging technology platforms.

  • Conduct CV and phone screens, providing clear feedback via SmartRecruiters.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.

  • Ensure DEI principles are reflected in shortlists and hiring decisions.

  • Maintain accurate records and data integrity across all recruitment activities.

  • Deliver timely outcomes to candidates and hiring managers, with a focus on responsiveness and quality.

  • Support recruitment projects, reporting, and training initiatives.

  • Identify risks and opportunities, raising them with a solution-focused mindset.
