**Your role**
We are searching for an energetic and experienced Sales Support to join our ABP team based at our Lynbrook manufacturing site.
As a Sales support, you will provide administrative and customer service support to the Contract Manufacturing department to maintain existing and develop new customer relationships and assist with the facilitation of new contract packed products.
It is an exciting time to join our business as we continue along our journey of ongoing expansion, change, and transformation.
**Your responsibilities**
- Provide Administrative and Customer service support to the team
- Liaise with key stakeholders on day-to-day basis for smooth operations within the Contract manufacturing department
- Assist with the coordination of ongoing projects and General business support functions as required.
- Ensure customer queries are followed up and that satisfactory solutions are found for both the customer and the company.
- Ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical standards and are in line with company policies and procedures
- Engage in staff training as and when required
- Ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures, health, and safety standards
**Your skills & experience**
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of MS Excel
- Be a good team player with the ability to handle stressful situations
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
