**The Client**:
The client is a leader within the Property industry who are looking for a General Manager to be responsible for the property management of a single Commercial asset based in the CBD.

**Your role will include**:

- Lead and manage the onsite teams, ensuring the asset is operated within company framework
- Develop and implement the all-encompassing Property strategy
- Liaise with team to ensure the Property & Asset management function of the managed asset is operating at the highest level
- Manage the Property, Leasing, Facilities and Financial Team
- Assist with negotiations on all new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, assignments and sub lettings

**You will have**:

- Must have 10 + years experience managing Commercial Premium or A Grade assets
- Previous experience managing budgets
- Previous experience managing teams of Facilities & Property
- High level of written and verbal communication
