**Job Description**:
3M is an innovative global leading supplier of Industrial tapes & adhesive Solutions, and we are seeking an eager & passionate Sales Representative to join our team to drive new sales growth for our Industrial Division.

This highly sought-after opportunity will be focused on the execution of sales and promotions through our channel network promoting our market leading products including.

Key responsibilities & opportunities in this role will see you:
- Further develop your existing selling skills and passion for your sales career- Use your trade experience or understanding of the industrial markets as an advantage to securing new business opportunities and developing existing ones- Be responsible for building, developing, and converting new sales- Build strong business relationships with key customers and provide a solutions approach to meeting their needs- Work within a successful and collaborative team environment- Independently perform and operate work under general supervision for assigned territory, channel or account subset.- As this is an Inside Sales role majority of your selling with be done over the phone using Video calls to improve strike rate.- The individual will understand product lines, customer segments and their needs, divisional/branch functions, and competitive products, prices and policies.- Independently plans and manages time and resources for effective coverage of territory, communications, and other responsibilities.-
- Demonstrates the ability to coordinate internal and external resources in order to navigate through the sales cycle including Salesforce.- Demonstrates capacity to manage through more complex customers and/or geographies. Collaboration with field sales force to ensure a team approach and seamless interaction with customers.- Experienced Sales Specialist ideally, but especially having industrial markets knowledge- Possessing Trade skills and a demonstrated desire to sell or enter the sales profession- Good communication and presentation skills, written and verbal- Self-motivated with a competitive nature and a desire to win- Customer Focused Selling approach- Video call utilization experience- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Power Point)- Proactive & a Growth Mindset
