Young Academics is a family-owned Early Learning Centre provider, offering exciting opportunities to fast-track your career as we continue to grow - with 40+ centres and more on the way. We're currently on the lookout for a dynamic, **Diploma-qualified Assistant Centre Manager** to join our fun, friendly, and supportive team in our **Western Sydney Region**.

- Seven Hills - Full-time
- Merrylands - Full-time
- Guildford - Full-time

To be eligible, you'll need a **Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care** as well as a current NSW Working with Children Check.

**What will you do?**
- Play a vital role on the Centre leadership team, supervising & mentoring other educators.
- Leverage the latest research to design rigorous, differentiated, inclusive educational programs in line with The Early Years Learning Framework
- Showcase innovation and creativity to make YA the top choice for local families.
- Follow Centre policies & procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics, maintain exemplary records and conduct comprehensive program evaluations.
- Promote positive behaviour & maintain a safe, healthy environment for the well-being of staff, children & stakeholders.
